These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by Client Solution Network ("CSNHOST", "we", "us", or "our") at csnhost.com.

We provide: Digital LED Scrolling Boards, LED Advertising Screens (hardware products), Web App SaaS subscriptions (ClinicSlot, BeautyPro, Kirana Cloud, GymSuite), Custom App Development, and Digital Marketing services.
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. Our services are intended for business use within India.
Our SaaS products (ClinicSlot, BeautyPro, Kirana Cloud, GymSuite) are offered as monthly or annual subscriptions. Subscriptions begin after successful payment processing via Razorpay.
Where offered, free trials are available for 14 days. No payment is required during the trial period. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) on the anniversary of your subscription start date. Payments are processed via Razorpay. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method automatically.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Each subscription plan includes defined usage limits (number of users, records, storage). Exceeding limits may result in service throttling or an upgrade request.
LED Scrolling Boards and LED Advertising Screens are physical hardware products. Purchase orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or agreed advance payment. Lead time for manufacturing and delivery is 5–15 business days from order confirmation.
Installation is included within Pune city limits. For locations outside Pune, travel and installation charges apply as agreed at the time of order.
Hardware products carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. Damage due to misuse, vandalism, electrical surges, or natural calamities is not covered under warranty.
Custom app development projects are governed by a separate project agreement signed between CSNHOST and the client. These Terms apply in conjunction with any such agreement. Project payments are typically structured in milestones as agreed in the project proposal.
Digital marketing retainers are billed monthly in advance. Ad spend budgets are paid separately by the client directly to the advertising platforms (Google, Meta) or through CSNHOST as agreed. CSNHOST is not responsible for the performance outcomes of advertising campaigns, which depend on market conditions, audience targeting, and other external factors.

All content on csnhost.com, including text, graphics, logos, software, and the SaaS platforms, is the intellectual property of Client Solution Network and is protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Customer data entered into our SaaS platforms remains the property of the customer. We do not claim ownership over your business data.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We aim for 99.5% uptime for our SaaS platforms but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet outages, or events beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CSNHOST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to CSNHOST in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason deemed necessary to protect our services or other users.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please refer to our Refund Policy for applicable refunds upon cancellation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
