This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which CSNHOST (Client Solution Network) offers refunds and processes cancellations across our range of products and services. We aim to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly in all our dealings.

Monthly subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of the billing date if they are unsatisfied with the service. After 7 days, the current month's subscription fee is non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Annual subscribers may cancel within the first 30 days of purchase and receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused months, minus any applicable transaction fees. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent future renewal.
Free trials do not require payment. You may cancel before the trial period ends with no charges. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends and we have your payment details on file, you will be charged the applicable subscription rate.

Cancellation requests are processed within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
LED Scrolling Boards and LED Advertising Screens are custom-manufactured to order. Once a purchase order is confirmed and production has commenced, no refunds are available.
If you wish to cancel an order before production begins (typically within 48 hours of order placement), you may do so but the advance payment (if any) will be forfeited to cover administrative costs. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
Hardware products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a defect is found within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the unit at no additional cost. This is not a refund policy — the warranty covers repair/replacement only.
Damage due to misuse, improper installation (not by our team), power surges, vandalism, floods, or natural calamities is not covered under warranty.
App development projects are governed by a signed project agreement between CSNHOST and the client. Refunds for app development are calculated based on work completed at the time of cancellation.
Digital marketing retainer fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable once the service month has commenced. Campaign setup, creative work, and ad management for the billed month are considered delivered.
To discontinue digital marketing services, provide a 30-day written notice via email to hello@csnhost.com. Your service will continue for the remainder of the current paid month.
Note: Ad spend budgets paid directly to Google or Meta are not managed by CSNHOST and are subject to those platforms' own refund policies.
If your account has been charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, or if a payment has been deducted but the service was not activated, please contact us within 48 hours. We will verify and process a full refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) through Razorpay.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account and services.
