Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which CSNHOST (Client Solution Network) offers refunds and processes cancellations across our range of products and services. We aim to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly in all our dealings.

1. SaaS Subscriptions

1.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of the billing date if they are unsatisfied with the service. After 7 days, the current month's subscription fee is non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

1.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscribers may cancel within the first 30 days of purchase and receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused months, minus any applicable transaction fees. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent future renewal.

1.3 Free Trials

Free trials do not require payment. You may cancel before the trial period ends with no charges. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends and we have your payment details on file, you will be charged the applicable subscription rate.

1.4 How to Cancel a SaaS Subscription

To cancel your subscription, contact us via:

Cancellation requests are processed within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.


2. LED Hardware Products

2.1 Custom Manufactured Products

LED Scrolling Boards and LED Advertising Screens are custom-manufactured to order. Once a purchase order is confirmed and production has commenced, no refunds are available.

2.2 Order Cancellation Before Production

If you wish to cancel an order before production begins (typically within 48 hours of order placement), you may do so but the advance payment (if any) will be forfeited to cover administrative costs. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

2.3 Warranty Claims

Hardware products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a defect is found within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the unit at no additional cost. This is not a refund policy — the warranty covers repair/replacement only.

Damage due to misuse, improper installation (not by our team), power surges, vandalism, floods, or natural calamities is not covered under warranty.


3. App Development Services

App development projects are governed by a signed project agreement between CSNHOST and the client. Refunds for app development are calculated based on work completed at the time of cancellation.

  • If the project is cancelled before any work begins, 100% of the advance is refundable.
  • If work is in progress, refund is calculated as: advance paid minus cost of work completed (based on agreed hourly/milestone rate).
  • If a milestone has been fully delivered and accepted, the milestone payment is non-refundable.

4. Digital Marketing Services

Digital marketing retainer fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable once the service month has commenced. Campaign setup, creative work, and ad management for the billed month are considered delivered.

To discontinue digital marketing services, provide a 30-day written notice via email to hello@csnhost.com. Your service will continue for the remainder of the current paid month.

Note: Ad spend budgets paid directly to Google or Meta are not managed by CSNHOST and are subject to those platforms' own refund policies.


5. Duplicate Payments & Failed Transactions

If your account has been charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, or if a payment has been deducted but the service was not activated, please contact us within 48 hours. We will verify and process a full refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) through Razorpay.


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method. Processing times:

  • UPI: 1–3 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
  • Net Banking: 3–5 business days

Bank processing times may vary. If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, contact us at hello@csnhost.com.


7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Custom LED hardware after production commencement
  • Monthly digital marketing retainer fees for the current month
  • SaaS subscription fees beyond the refund window (7 days for monthly, 30 days for annual)
  • Transaction fees charged by Razorpay
  • Domain registration or third-party software costs incurred on your behalf

8. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at hello@csnhost.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving all genuine disputes promptly and fairly.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account and services.
