What is OCEMS?
OCEMS (Online Continuous Emission Monitoring System) is a CPCB/MPCB mandated system for large industries to monitor and transmit stack emission data in real time to the pollution control board's server. Displaying OCEMS data at the factory gate is an additional compliance requirement.
OCEMS Data on Factory Gate Display
Our LED boards can receive OCEMS data directly from your CEMS analyzer or from the OCEMS cloud server via API. Parameters update within 1–5 minutes of each reading.
CPCB OCEMS Protocol Compliance
We configure display boards per CPCB OCEMS guidelines, including correct parameter naming conventions, units of measurement (mg/Nm³), and alert thresholds indicated by colour-coded display zones.
