Every manufacturing unit needs a valid MPCB Consent to Operate (CTO) before starting production. Your CTO document lists specific conditions — discharge limits, monitoring requirements, and display obligations — that your factory must fulfill.
Step 2 – Install Required Monitoring Systems
Based on your CTO conditions, install: online effluent analyzers at ETP outlet, CEMS at stack (if applicable), ambient air quality monitoring station, and other sensors as specified. These systems feed data to your display board.
Step 3 – Install MPCB Display Board
Install an MPCB-compliant 6×4ft LED display board at your factory main gate. Connect it to your monitoring systems for automatic data updates. Ensure dual-language (English + Marathi) capability as increasingly required.
Step 4 – Maintain Records & Uptime
MPCB inspectors will check your display board during visits. Maintain 99%+ uptime through an AMC, keep calibration records for your analyzers, and ensure your board data matches your logged monitoring data.
